Sanjeev is a global executive with extensive subject matter expertise in all aspects of infrastructure development, procurement and integrated project delivery to optimize the total cost of ownership including design-build-finance-operate-maintain/public-private-partnership transactions. A registered Engineer (FL and CA), Attorney (FL), and a FL Sup Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator, Sanjeev, with over 30 years of professional experience, offers a unique understanding of the tensions between the legal, technical and finance drivers to counsel clients in their decision-making processes to establish capital budgets and strategic management of their capital improvement programs. He has led the development and delivery of large infrastructure/capital improvement programs/mega-projects at airports and urban projects in Los Angeles, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando, New York, Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Doha, Dubai and Mumbai amongst other locations. These programs include major re-development efforts at airports, transportation systems and regional/urban re-development.

Carolina provides the firm leadership in the areas of communications strategy and organizational management. She has over 25 years of experience in the communications, media and public relations arena. As part of her engagement she covered the real-estate development market in South Florida and the developers’ strategy for capital improvement programs/development and marketing to both domestic and international markets. Her experience has prepared her well to identify trends in the market/industry, establish goals and to develop and execute strategies to adapt/overcome challenges and meet goals/objectives as appropriate. She leads stakeholder engagement strategies, evaluates and defines options to optimize/balance projects (goals, objectives and priorities) with stakeholder and financial constraints/expectations. Carolina is multilingual and has a unique understanding of different cultures that helps her find common ground towards consensus building.
Greg has over 20 years of experience in developing complex infrastructure projects including leading/participating in transactions of numerous airport development projects – both solicited and unsolicited.
Greg focuses on identifying and developing commercialization opportunities to support infrastructure development projects. His extensive experience in streamlining approaches to business case assessment, due diligence, optimization between equity and debt, and asset operations provides a direct added benefit to Owners (private and public sector) in opportunity identification and development. He has served in executive management and operational roles for international companies (including equity) and concessionaires – concessions include segments of airport assets to entire airports.
With her background in the legal and real-estate industry, Virginia leads and coordinates the development of contracts and transactions with our Clients legal, technical and financial advisors.
Virginia is a results oriented expert with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on complex transactions in US and International markets with a focus on infrastructure, real estate, telecommunications and business and regulatory compliance. She has developed and implemented contracting strategies, advised clients on risk allocations/profiles and supported their informed decision making.
Larry brings over 40 years of experience in planning, developing and implementing complex infrastructure improvements in the aviation, port and transportation sectors, including both capital and operating assets.
Larry is actively involved in streamlined capital program delivery and innovative procurement activities. These activities have included project structuring and the establishment of procurement strategies for Design-Build-Operate-Maintain and Design-Build delivery including potential benefits/consequences associated with private equity participation (i.e. P3 implications). His decades of experience developing project strategies coupled with his procurement expertise gives him a unique perspective and valuable skills.
